- Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and refine inspection methods, plans, and best practices as production operations continue to grow.
- Prioritize inspection activities to support production schedules, aircraft deliveries, and customer commitments.
- Ensure quality documentation, reports, and inspection records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, electronics, UAV/drone, automotive, or similar industries.
- Experience performing dimensional, visual, and functional inspections on mechanical and electrical assemblies.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) .
- Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
