HVAC - Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician at Willard Heating and Cooling, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for residential and/or commercial clients. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Your role will also involve communicating with customers, providing service recommendations, and ensuring all work is completed to code and company standards. Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts replaced, and issues identified during inspections, providing thorough reports to management and customers. Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring timely repairs and minimizing system downtime. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and industry regulations while working on HVAC equipment. Collaborate with other technicians and customer service teams to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction. What You Need Must have an EPA License Minimum 5+ years as a HVAC Service Technician Must pass a drug screen, MVR and background check Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
