They are seeking a Tax Senior or Manager to oversee a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Tax Senior or Manager will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. Performance Expectations for the Tax Senior/Manager:

• Review Tax Returns
• Oversee and train a team of highly motivated staff accountants/tax accountants
• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
• Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Be a hands-on leader

Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Senior/ Manager:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
• Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
• CPA Eligible (Senior) CPA Certificate or EA Required (Manager)
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting
• Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
• Must have strong multi-tasking skills
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
• Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation for the Tax Senior/Manager:

• Benefits: Fully paid health benefits, Major Holiday’s Paid, 401k w/ match, profit sharing
• 25 days of PTO/ year
• Strong work and life balance
• Busy season hours capped at 55hrs/ week
