Occupational Therapist-Hand Therapist (Non CHT)

Overview Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist Location: Burlington, NJ Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday. No Weekends! Compensation: Salary range $80,000-$100,000 annually based on your experience Incentives: $350 per month in Student Loan Assistance, plus $2000 Sign on Bonus. NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists with a level II fieldwork in hands (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT. High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.
