Marketing Sr. Database Analyst

DEADLINE: April 14, 2026 (Please note resume is required) SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the strategic development, optimization, and governance of the property's marketing database to drive revenue growth and guest engagement. This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics, segmentation strategy, predictive modeling, and performance measurement to inform and enhance marketing initiatives across direct mail, digital, social media, and on-property campaigns. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Master's degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant gaming/database marketing experience may be considered. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of four years in database marketing, marketing analytics, or business intelligence. Exposure to casino operations and casino marketing is preferred but not required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must possess advanced expertise in database marketing strategy, statistical analysis, segmentation modeling, forecasting, and reinvestment optimization within a revenue-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and inform executive decision-making. Advanced proficiency in SQL, casino management systems, and data visualization tools required. Strong business acumen with experience in pro forma development, ROI analysis, and performance measurement. Ability to provide technical leadership, ensure data integrity, manage confidential information, and communicate analytical findings clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the strategic architecture, implementation, and optimization of promotional and campaign database systems across all marketing channels and property-wide platforms.
- Develops advanced segmentation strategies, predictive models, and profitability analyses to guide reinvestment strategy, direct mail optimization, guest lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Provides forecasting, pacing analysis, budget modeling, and pro forma/post-campaign ROI evaluations for promotions, bus programs, special events, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Serves as the primary analytics partner to Marketing, Player Development, and Revenue Operations leadership, delivering actionable insights based on guest behavior trends, worth segmentation, attrition modeling, and demographic overlays.
- Oversees data governance and database integrity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, automation efficiencies, and quality control across all guest marketing communications.
- Designs and refines offer strategies, test-and-control methodologies, and campaign measurement frameworks to continuously improve performance and return on investment.
- Directs the integration and optimization of the property's casino management system, kiosk systems, third-party data feeds, and marketing platforms to enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
- Develops executive-level dashboards, performance reports, and historical campaign analytics to support data-driven decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
- Establishes standardized processes for campaign documentation, benchmarking, and year-over-year performance analysis.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to align database marketing strategies with property-wide revenue goals, ensuring marketing initiatives are integrated with operational capacity and financial objectives.
- Evaluates emerging data tools, technologies, and analytical methodologies to improve targeting precision and marketing efficiency.
- Provides mentorship and technical guidance to team members involved in campaign execution and database operations.
- Maintains visibility during promotional testing and implementation to ensure system accuracy, performance tracking, and operational readiness.
- Performs other strategic and analytical duties as assigned in support of revenue optimization objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Internal: Frequent contact with revenue/guest service managers and associates.
- External: Occasional contact with other departments and associates, guests, visitors and suppliers.

- Planning and Scheduling: Leads the prioritization and oversight of database marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with promotional calendars and revenue objectives.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Contributes to budget development through forecasting, reinvestment modeling, and performance projections using system data to support property-wide revenue planning.
- Objectives, Policies and Standards: Influences departmental objectives, analytical standards, and database governance practices to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
- Impact of Decisions: Decisions directly impact promotional profitability, forecasting accuracy, reinvestment strategy, and overall revenue performance, with potential financial and operational implications across departments.
- Work Conditions: Position responsibilities are performed in a normal office environment.
- Exposure to Hazards: May be exposed to situations where guest, visitor or associate behavior may create undesirable conditions.
- Physical Requirements: Majority of position responsibilities includes walking, sitting, standing or operating office equipment.
