Evaluates a company's financial risk, business risk, and overall creditworthiness. Prepares written credit memoranda for credit committee approval. When required, presents verbally at credit committee.Collects all necessary client prepared information and completes client financial statement spreadsheets and projections of a company's financial condition.Evaluates financial and nonfinancial covenants for credit facilities and monitors covenant compliance.Reviews legal documentation and provides periodic updates of company credit quality to Credit Policy.On an on-going basis, monitors client loan portfolios to ensure that loan quality adheres to guidelines.Conducts due diligence through company lender meetings and/or discussion with relationship managers.Travels to client locations as required. Travel is expected to be minimal.The successful candidate will benefit from having:Knowledge of finance and accounting usually acquired through formal education or experience is required to analyze and evaluate financial statements.Analytical and communication skills are required to determine credit risk and to prepare credit presentations.Personal computer skills are required to prepare Excel financial spreadsheets and Word documents.1-5 years in credit/financial analysis on companies.Salary Range:$67,500 - 111,500 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
