Commercial RooferWe are hiring experienced Commercial Roofers for commercial construction projects in and around Arnold AFB, TN. Candidates from Tullahoma, Manchester, Winchester, Shelbyville, and Morrison are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systemsPerform tear-offs, roof preparation, and material installationInstall roofing materials according to project specificationsRead and follow plans, drawings, and jobsite instructionsUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyAssist with flashing, edging, waterproofing, and other roofing applicationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow OSHA and site-specific safety requirementsRequirementsPrevious commercial roofing experience – REQUIREDExperience with commercial roofing systems and installation methodsAbility to work safely at heights and on active construction sitesAbility to use basic roofing hand and power toolsMust be able to perform physically demanding work for a full shiftAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust pass required drug screen and background checksWhat we offer:Medical insuranceVision insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceShort-term disability insuranceAll employees must have proper PPE hard hat, work boots, safety vest, safety glasses, and work gloves.All SLS employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
