Pay $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Responsibilities Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts Hands on supervision of the restaurant, including temporary assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties Hosting promotions (incentives) and Alley Rallies Ensuring staff follows established recipes and procedures Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines Controlling guest flow and monitoring ticket times Enforcing compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility in conjunction with management Coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales 100% table visits (if applicable) Practicing safe food handling procedures Maintaining culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose Working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff Benefits A choice of medical plans that are best in class Dental and Vision Insurance Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250 annually Paid vacation time Short-Term Disability Life, Accident, and Critical Illness insuranceIdentity Theft Protection Employee Assistance Program Business Travel Insurance Annual holiday bonus Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
