Onboarding Specialist

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital in Cleveland, OH to hire an Onboarding Coordinator. This is a first shift opportunity with a starting pay of $16/hour. This role focuses on creating a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new caregivers from pre-hire through their first day. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate new caregiver onboarding appointments from pre-hire through day one. Provide exceptional customer service and support to candidates and new caregivers throughout the onboarding process. Schedule appointments, send confirmations, and conduct follow-ups to ensure onboarding requirements are completed on time. Process I-9 documentation and perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain professional, timely communication with candidates, new hires, and internal stakeholders. Support onboarding operations at the main campus and assist at CCAC locations as needed. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative, onboarding, recruiting, human resources, or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
