Job Details: Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM6:00 PM, 4x10s shift structure, totaling 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience, located in Arizona Types of Cases Seen: Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain (Post-Operative), Calf Strain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Plantar Fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention, Rotator Cuff Repair (Post-Operative Care), SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, TMJ Dysfunction, Total Joint Replacement Patient Population: Adult orthopedic patients Documentation System: NextGen Staff Support: 1 PT, 1 part-time PTA, 2 front office staff, 1 tech Float: Float rotation may be required Additional Information: Dress code is polo and sneakers or business casual.
