EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

• BS/BA in Life Sciences with 12+ years or Master’s in Life Sciences with 10+ years or PhD with 7+ years of industry experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional clinical programs, including IND/CTA and NDA/MAA submissions
• Strong project management skills with experience managing global clinical development efforts
• PMP certification and proficiency in project management tools preferred
• Ability to build relationships and lead teams across different functional areas

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Manage multiple complex clinical development programs ensuring alignment with goals and timelines
• Oversee planning, execution, and risk mitigation for clinical trials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver milestones on schedule
• Lead cross-functional meetings, facilitate decision-making, and communicate progress effectively
• Contribute to process improvements and support Clinical Program Management functions
