Systems Engineer

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. was founded in 2018 and has become a leader in autonomous ground transportation committed to a safer and more efficient future for all. The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.Kodiak Robotics is currently seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join our growing team working out of our Mountain View, CA HQ. This position will be the technical escalation point for Global End Users and Executives. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency and requires an individual with executive presence and good social skills. Must be able to quickly and effectively diagnose, and resolve issues related to Mac, Linux and Windows systems, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing. Kodiak is looking for an individual who is customer focused, passionate about the end user experience, enjoys challenging themselves constantly to improve, and empowering the end user community by providing IT knowledge and tools. This role will be a mix of hands-on support services and collaborating on infrastructure-as-code projects with the greater IT infrastructure team.
