With three locations across Southwest Missouri, we focus on creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere—with vibrant decor, interactive spaces, and a team trained to help young patients feel at ease during their dental visits.Who We Are Looking ForSomeone with an active Missouri Dental Hygienist License.Positive attitude and willingness to grow.Passion for dentistry and working with children and teens.Someone who thrives in a busy environment and is a team player.ResponsibilitiesComprehensive preventive care visits including dental cleanings and calculus removalEducate patients (and parents/guardians) on proper oral hygiene practices and provide personalized recommendations.Take and develop dental x-rays to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary instruments and maintaining a sterile environment.Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records.Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants as needed.Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in dental hygiene techniques.Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional patient care.Uphold infection control and safety standards to create a comfortable and secure environment for patients and staff.We offer a fun and fast-paced work environment with flexible work hours, competitive salaries, and excellent benefits packages.
