Oureligible managers also enjoy paid vacation, holidays, and sick days, a competitive bonus structure, cellphone reimbursement, company vehicle, and company meals.Supervisory Responsibilities•Ability to supervise multiple levels of workers.•Provides useful and real time coaching gives feedback and aligns development goals withorganizational objectives.•Promote the company’s safety programs and enforce safety guidelines.•Reviews Time and Attendance in Toast POS and follows up on any discrepancies for thedepartment.•Operate with the highest level of conduct, integrity, and confidentiality, setting an example forleaders and associates.Duties and Responsibilities•Enforce company procedures and policies.•Maintain weekly budgets and financial reports according to company standards.•Be a brand ambassador and role model in hospitality to our team and guests.•Implement initiatives to increase sales and increase profit.•Assist in the hiring process, including conducting interviews, onboarding, and training formultiple positions.•Oversee your assigned area of responsibility and work group to ensure success with employeerelations, scheduling, and training and help drive team member engagement.•Ensure that all dining areas are kept clean and in excellent working condition throughpersonal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.•Provide orientation of company and department rules, policies, and procedures and overseetraining of new employees.•Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized andtimely manner.•Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positionsare staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.•Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules for dining areas.•Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values.•Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment.•Performs other duties as required or assigned.Required Skills and Abilities•Good written and verbal communication skills.•Good judgment and decision-making abilities.•Experience in a casual high-volume restaurant environment preferred.•Must be fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual).Education and Experience•Three to five years of experience working in a restaurant supervisory capacity is required.•Georgia Alcohol server permit, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.•ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.Physical Requirements•Ability to climb stairs and lift to 50 lbs. daily is required.•Standing for long periods of time.•Ability to work with commercial equipment including stand mixers, ovens, torches, etc.•Ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objects.•Working various shifts including weekend and holidays.An Equal Opportunity EmployerLa Bonanza Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practiceswithout regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental orphysical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status,military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, orlocal law.La Bonanza Group, LLC is a drug-free workplace and participates in E-Verify.
