Compensation: $250,000–$400,000 annually
Rancho Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our established, fee-for-service practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values patient relationships, and is looking for a long-term practice to call home.
Our practice has served the community for many years and offers a strong patient base, advanced technology, and an experienced clinical support team, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding patient care from day one.
Practice Highlights- 100% Fee-for-Service practice
- Over $4 million in annual production
- More than 4,000 active patients
- 20 hygiene days per week
- Nine fully equipped operatories
- Advanced technology including CBCT, iTero, and OverJet
- Collaborative, patient-centered team environment

- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and present treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health
- Build trusting, lasting relationships with patients
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license
- Minimum of three years of general dentistry experience (five or more years preferred)
- Excellent communication and case presentation skills
- Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
