Physical Therapist - Float

Overview BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Floater Physical Therapist to join our Hikes Point, KY team. This role supports a network of outpatient clinics in the Eastern Louisville area and is ideal for a licensed PT who enjoys variety and adapting to different clinic environments and patient populations. This position offers an opportunity to work with a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, collaborate with experienced clinicians, and contribute to a patient-centered care model that emphasizes functional outcomes and long-term wellness. Responsibilities Develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and adjust as needed. Float between outpatient clinics within the designated region to provide coverage for vacations, leaves, or increased patient volume. Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, and chronic pain patients. Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs to support recovery and long-term wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience, even in short-term assignments.
