About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Finance to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and innovative financial administrator with a strong background in managing financial systems. This role is pivotal in providing leadership for financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management, as well as strengthening financial controls and processes. The Vice President for Finance will work closely with the President and the Board to implement long-term financial strategies, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or finance, and a CPA designation is preferred. As the chief financial officer, the Vice President for Finance will be responsible for the College's finance and accounting functions, business services, human resources, facilities, and information technology. The role requires a candidate with a thorough understanding of GAAP, strong leadership, and a commitment to the mission and values of the institution. The position demands a full-time, 12-month commitment and the ability to contribute to the strategic objectives of the College. The Vice President for Finance will be a key partner in the College's mission of providing a Christ-centered education and must be dedicated to the long-term financial stability and growth of the institution.
