Promote products and build brand loyalty through meaningful service. Achieve sales and service metrics, including Talbots Classic Awards. Coach, train, and hold associates accountable to consistent selling and service standards. Support operational excellence: inventory management, floorsetting, order fulfillment, recalls, and replenishment. Prioritize daily tasks to meet customer, team, and business needs. Maintain industry knowledge, fashion trends, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
