Step into a hands-on role where you’ll turn logic into motion. As our Industrial Automation PLC Specialist, you’ll build, refine, and sustain the control systems that keep production moving—partnering with operators, reading the pulse of the line, and translating that into reliable PLC and HMI solutions.

• Develop and commission ladder logic and HMI interfaces (Allen‑Bradley, Modicon) to deliver dependable machine performance.
• Hunt down faults and restore uptime—diagnose issues across sensors, actuators, motors, and related control hardware.
• Engineer control architectures: create electrical schematics and panel layout packages for new equipment.
• Install automated systems, perform preventive maintenance, and deploy software/firmware updates to existing machines.
• Decode complexity—interpret electrical drawings, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to understand system intent.
• Collaborate with operators to tune processes, trim cycle times, and lift throughput and quality.
• Document thoroughly—maintain technical manuals, software specifications, I/O lists, and validation records for compliance.

• Fluent with electrical prints, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Experienced in PLC and HMI programming, modification, and troubleshooting.
• Instrumentation know‑how: multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibrators to verify sensors, transducers, and valves.
• Safety first: solid working knowledge of OSHA and NEC practices.

• 3–5+ years as a controls technician in industrial or commercial environments.
• Background in industrial manufacturing controls.
• Basic literacy with industrial networking (BACnet, TCP/IP, Modbus).
• High school diploma or equivalent; electrical maintenance certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
