Pay, Schedule & Location

• Salary: $54,000-$64,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Location: Oversight of six Adult Day Services sites throughout Franklin County

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop teams providing high-quality, person-centered services
• Foster a positive culture focused on engagement, growth, and accountability
• Use data and operational insights to improve performance and outcomes
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across multiple sites
• Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, staff, and community partners
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources to achieve operational goals

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of personal auto insurance
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training
