Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day general upkeep of the facility by maintaining implemented programs, emergency work orders and scheduling work accordingly. The technician must adhere to all safety programs, policies, and procedures as defined in the FreshPoint Safe Manual and is responsible for executing the cleaning, repair and preventative maintenance of the building and grounds in a timely and cost-effective manner.
