• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of vinyl window materials , components, hardware, glass, and supplies
• Accurately match deliveries against purchase orders, bills of lading, and packing slips
• Follow established SOPs for receiving, labeling, staging, and inventory control
• Coordinate and track inter-company transfers between multiple divisions
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and report discrepancies promptly
• Enter receiving data into inventory or ERP systems accurately and timely
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas
• Work closely with warehouse, production, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Adhere to all safety policies , including forklift operation and material-handling procedures
• Support inventory counts and audits as needed

• 2+ years of warehouse receiving experience , preferably in the window, door, or building materials industry
• Experience receiving manufacturing materials (vinyl extrusions, glass, aluminum, hardware, etc.) is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and documented processes consistently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills (ERP, WMS, or inventory systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
