Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide comprehensive care to multi-trauma, general surgery, and bariatric patients
• Manage complex wound care, drains, and devices
• Support patients with traumatic injuries, chest tubes, and respiratory needs
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:6 for the floor and 1:3 for stepdown patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including care management services

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Valid RN license with willingness to wait for submission
• EPIC and Level 1 Trauma experience required
• BLS Certification needed
• Must have experience with 1:6 ratio
