Join Go Rentals as a seasonal Vehicle Care Specialist (Detailer) in Monterey, CA, and help deliver the quality and care our guests expect!ResponsibilitiesClean vehicles inside and out to Go Standards (wash by hand, brush, or by operating washing equipment)Polish, dry, and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats, and exterior body, by handVacuum, shampoo, add air freshener, and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)May be responsible for maintaining an inventory of cleaning suppliesAssist with local auto deliveries and pick-upsDeliver or pick up vehicles for maintenance onsite or off premisesCheck fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior guest data, check for guest items and place anything of value in Lost & Found, verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate, inspect the vehicle for any safety concernsFuel and stage vehiclesMay wash bay floors, empty trash, tidy bathrooms, vacuum, sweep the lot, and any other miscellaneous tasksSkills & QualificationsMinimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalentValid unrestricted driver's licenseMust have one to two years of driving experience and be insurableMust be 21 years of age or olderAuto detailing experience preferredMust be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
