Contract | 13 Weeks | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Full-Time | 36–48 hours/week expected

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro ICU / SICU setting, managing trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management throughout each shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-acuity critical care in a Trauma Level I environment
• Adhere to unit dress code requirements, including navy blue scrubs
• Complete a competency assessment within 24 hours of submission as part of the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (or compact equivalent) valid in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of ICU staff experience specifically involving trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must not reside in an ineligible local county as defined by the facility's local candidate policy — local candidates are not being accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing complex, high-acuity neurological and surgical critical care patients
• Familiarity with protocols and workflows in large academic medical center environments
• Flexibility and interest in an expected 48-hour workweek schedule
