WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a high-energy coach who thrives at the intersection of: Personal Training Group Leadership Relationship Building This is not a role where you'll stand in the corner counting reps. You'll be coaching multiple members at once while still delivering individualized attention, encouragement, and accountability. The best candidate naturally commands a room, remembers names, celebrates wins, and makes every member feel seen. WHAT YOU'LL DO Coach Small Group Personal Training Sessions Lead 25-30 sessions per week Deliver safe, effective, individualized coaching Modify and progress exercises based on member ability Create an energetic, professional training environment Help members build confidence and achieve results Create an Exceptional Member Experience Learn members' goals, challenges, and motivations Build meaningful relationships with members Celebrate progress and keep members engaged Support member retention through accountability and connection Be a Leader in the Studio Set the tone for professionalism and energy Support studio events and community activities Maintain high coaching standards Help create a positive, team-first culture YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU Love coaching adults ages 40+ Enjoy leading groups and creating energy Naturally build strong relationships Have excellent communication skills Want to continue growing as a coach Hold yourself to high standards Show up prepared, positive, and professional QUALIFICATIONS Nationally recognized personal training certification OR Exercise Science degree 2+ years of coaching experience Strong understanding of movement, regressions, and progressions Comfortable coaching clients with injuries, limitations, and varying fitness levels Available for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends Able to lift 45+ pounds COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Full-Time Position $50,000-$63,000+ total compensation opportunity Performance bonus opportunities 80% employer-paid medical insurance PTO program Optional dental and vision coverage Complimentary Alloy membership Continuing education and professional development WHY COACHES LOVE ALLOY No programming workouts No floor prospecting No chasing leads Professional coaching environment Strong member relationships Proven training system Real career growth opportunities ABOUT ALLOY Alloy Personal Training is one of the fastest-growing premium personal training brands in the country, with more than 120 locations open and hundreds more in development.
