• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related law firm recruiting or campus recruiting experience - really want law firm AR exp ideally at a peer firm - doesn't have to be a direct peer but understands the cadence and crazy cycles .  
• The Role:
  • Report to the Philadelphia Attorney Recruiting Manager; part of a larger US AR team.
  • Polished, professional, able to interact with everyone from students to chiefs.
  • HEAVY OT: during student recruiting season and summer especially - can be 10-20 hours additional on top of the 35 hour regular schedule.
  • Based in the Philadelphia office only.
  • Travel:
    • Phila area mostly - law school events and Summer Associate events. Also for the Summer Associate kickoff week - end of May each year.
  • Tech: ViRecruit/Symplicity/Workday ideally.

Estimated Max Rate : $75000.00
