Operations Clerk

Operations Clerk - Pineville, NC

Youll be a key player as our Ops Clerk; you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support operational activities in a 24/7 facility. Schedule will include work on weekends and/or holidays. In this role youll:

• Accurately receive and enter customer orders ensuring complete and correct information
• Process key documents such as load plans, bills of lading, driver records, variances, credits/debits, and product complaints
• Print and distribute order forms to support smooth and efficient customer ordering
• Maintain up-to-date and organized customer files and records
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What youll bring:

• Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Familiarity with order processing procedures and customer service techniques
• Ability to manage complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Commitment to acting in alignment with GSFs values and creed

Schedule & setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 F to 38 F)
• Shift: Primarily a 4-day work week, Sun-Wed starting at 5:30am
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Pay & benefits:

• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Pay rate: $20.00/hr
