Phlebotomist
Labcorp
Labcorp is hiring a Phlebotomist for its Issaquah, Washington location. The role involves collecting blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques, processing specimens, managing patient data, and delivering customer service. The position works Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other diagnostic purposes
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately
- Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
- Deliver excellent customer service and perform administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Six or more months phlebotomy experience (preferred)
- Ability to work independently or in team settings
