Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and professionally
• Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with various cleaning duties throughout the store
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required
