Chief Technology Officer

The client is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision and execution of an AI-driven cybersecurity platform. This role will report directly to the CEO and will focus on scaling technology capabilities as the organization expands to serve government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure customers. The CTO will also oversee integration of acquired technologies to support the development of a unified cybersecurity, privacy, and threat defense platform. Key responsibilities include defining and executing long-term technology and product strategy; leading engineering, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture; and driving AI and automation initiatives across products and operations. The CTO will oversee compliance and security-related initiatives, supporting frameworks and programs such as FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, and Zero Trust. In addition, the role will involve building and mentoring a high-performing technical organization and partnering with the CEO and Board on strategic technology decisions. The ideal background includes prior experience as a CTO or senior engineering executive, with deep expertise in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud architecture, and AI. The CTO should have experience leading acquisitions and technical integrations, strong technical credibility, and a hands-on leadership style. Comfort operating in lean, high-growth environments is expected, with the ability to help build an AI-first cybersecurity platform and create durable enterprise value.
