Senior Salesforce Developer

Bio-Techne seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning. The role involves hands-on development, system integrations, and collaboration with senior developers and business analysts in Minneapolis.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy high-quality applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce tools
- Develop and improve integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using Web Services and APIs
- Write unit tests, participate in QA and user acceptance testing, and investigate production defects
- Participate in code reviews, document solutions, and contribute to agile ceremonies and release management
- Recommend configuration versus custom code approaches and deploy changes through CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning frameworks
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns including SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and at least one Salesforce cloud platform
- Git-based version control experience and exposure to CI/CD tooling
Compensation: $87,600.00 - $144,000.00
