Legal Assistant – Plainview, NY National litigation law firm Nearly 50 years in operation More than 200 attorneys Represents businesses, insurance companies, and organizations across multiple industries Role As the Legal Assistant, you will provide support to attorneys and clients, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, organize and maintain case files, and assist with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Assisting attorneys with case preparation and research Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and correspondence Organizing and maintaining case files, including electronic filing systems Conducting legal research using online databases and other resources Qualifications At least 1 year of Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience Previous experience in a law firm or legal department (required) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment Compensation Base Salary: $70-90k+, commensurate with experience Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and professional development/career growth programs How to Apply Please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
