Job Description Job Description Pick and Packing Associate Location: Northridge Park Dr., Rural Hall, NC 27045 Job Type: Temporary Assignment Schedule: Monday – Friday Overtime: As requested by the customer Shift Options 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $15.10 per hour 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Overtime: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay Rate: $15.85 per hour We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pick and Packing Associates for anassignment supporting warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for picking, packing, labeling, scanning, sorting, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working overtime when requested. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Scan, label, sort, and stage products for shipment Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or quality concerns Prepare boxes, packaging materials, and finished orders Maintain productivity and accuracy standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with loading, unloading, inventory, and general warehouse tasks as needed Forklift operators may move, stage, load, and unload product using warehouse equipment Qualifications Previous warehouse, production, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred Forklift experience required for forklift positions Ability to commit to a 4–6 week assignment Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed Comfortable with repetitive tasks Ability to work around warehouse equipment and moving materials Work Environment Warehouse / production setting Fast-paced environment with daily production goals PPE required as applicable Overtime may be required based on customer needs As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
