Accounts Receivable Specialist - Contract to Hire - Fully On-site We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract to hire role here in San Antonio. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to help with invoicing, collections, cash application, cross-functional support, and month and year end close. Requirements (Non-Negotiables): 4+ years of experience in AR and Cash applications. Strong Excel experience with advanced formulas. Cash applications and cash posting experience. Responsibilities: Research and process client refunds while following established procedures and deadlines. Review accounts receivable and payment records to verify refunds and resolve discrepancies. Analyze high volumes of financial data and conduct detailed research. Post cash receipts and maintain accurate payment records. Utilize Excel for data review and financial tracking.
