Molly Maid - 1808 Tribute Road - Responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls, texts, and emails from customers; Schedule customer appointments and respond to inquiries; Follow up on leads and assist with time entries, billing, and route scheduling; Monitor and support in-field teams and coordinate with the remote CSR; Assist with in-home estimates and marketing initiatives
