Job Overview
We are currently hiring Remote Client Agents to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home opportunity designed for individuals seeking flexibility, professional development, and performance-based income.
In this role, you will connect with clients who have expressed interest in receiving information and assist them in identifying solutions that meet their needs.
No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone and virtual platforms
- Provide information and guidance based on client needs
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Follow company training systems and processes
- Participate in optional training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn and follow a structured system
