We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join our recruiting team and help identify, attract, and hire top engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, and related engineering disciplines.

This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter with a background in recruiting or working with traditional engineering and technical professionals, who understands the talent market and can build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Recruit across disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, and related engineering fields.
• Screen candidates based on education, engineering experience, technical qualifications, and overall fit.
• Conduct phone and video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future engineering openings.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and recruiting progress.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay current on engineering talent markets, sourcing strategies, and industry trends.
• Support recruiting initiatives, career events, networking opportunities, and employer branding efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with engineering, technical, or industrial recruiting strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for civil, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, industrial, construction, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong understanding of engineering terminology, technical qualifications, and professional backgrounds.
• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technical professionals, and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
