The J&J Technology Business Development Project Management Co‑Op offers full‑time learning in technology and artificial intelligence to enhance business development processes. Role Purpose Our J&J Technology Co‑op Program is comprehensive learning and professional experience in the technology space at one of the world’s leading health care companies. Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many excited positions best fits you. Co‑op positions are full‑time opportunities expecting to last from September 2026 to March 2027. This program also works as a feeder pool for our Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) for full‑time employment upon completion of your degree. Responsibilities Use technical, business, and soft skills required for technical project management. Gain professional experience working closely with business partners in information technology and the pharmaceutical industry. Lead and work in collaborative teams in a corporate environment. Manage time and tasks effectively. Develop self‑confidence and self‑awareness. Receive mentoring and career development planning guidance, technical skills training, and access to technology leaders and subject‑matter experts. Required Skills Passion for a career in technology. Strong organization and analytical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently managing multiple priorities. Eagerness to rapidly learn new things. Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication. Qualifications Permanent U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program; must not graduate prior to the agreed end date. For Bachelor level students, be considered a sophomore or above by start date. Availability to work full‑time (40 hours per week) during regular business hours for the full term, September 2026 – March 2027. Passion for a career in technology. Preferred fields include Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering/Development, or Data Science.
