Job Overview
Our plant in New Mexico is state of the art and we are preparing for a major expansion. We are seeking a detail-orientated Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet company quality standards. This role is responsible for examining products and materials during production to ensure they meet specified quality standards and regulations.

Duties:

 

1. Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in process and finished 
   product. 

1. Use of inspection tools such as caliper, micrometer, height gage, optical comparator,
   pin and thread gages. 
2. Basic knowledge of products and production processes of extrusion.
3. Ability to determine if components meet specifications according to drawings.
4. Ability to follow inspection processes and procedures.
   
   
   

Skills:

1. Ability to read and understand complex blueprints
2. Ability to accurately measure parts using precision hand tools
3. Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
4. Strong attention to details
5. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
6. Basic Math & Analytic Skills
   
   
   

Physical & Work Requirements

1. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Comfortable working in a factory environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery.
3. Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
