Sales Consultant — Bemidji Chrysler Center

Bemidji, MN 56601 | Full-Time | $50,000–$150,000 per year (performance-based pay and bonus programs)

Bemidji Chrysler Center is hiring a Sales Consultant to work with the customers who walk through our doors. If you like people, you’re the kind of person who follows through on what you say, and you want a real career path in automotive—not just a job—we should talk. Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude are required; sales experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom and make them feel welcome
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
• Guide customers through the buying process from first handshake to delivery
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to earn repeat and referral business
• Use dealership CRM and software to track every customer and every conversation
• Stay current on new and pre-owned inventory
• Work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to deliver a smooth experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable talking with people in person, by phone, text, and email
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented—you like seeing results from your effort
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to work a schedule that includes some Saturdays
• Sales experience is preferred
