You Have: 8+ years of experience performing civil engineering for Federal, DoD, or large-scale infrastructure programs 5+ years of experience supporting site development, utilities design, construction oversight, or engineering integration Experience working in multi-site or complex operational environments Experience with development of planning and programming documents for construction, renovation, and improvements of real property and facilities Ability to use business software such as Microsoft 365 applications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Nice If You Have: Experience with data analysis platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with computer aided design (CAD) tools such as CATIA , SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D Experience leading small- to medium-sized technically oriented teams Experience with adapting new technology to complex problems Knowledge of Army installations, missions, organizations, and Real Property management PE, PMP, or CFM Certifications Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
