Strive Global is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Staff to join our team in College Station, TX.

In this role, you will support the successful preparation, execution, and coordination of events while providing a welcoming and professional experience for guests and attendees. You will work alongside a collaborative team and assist with a variety of event-related activities, making each day engaging and dynamic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout events.
• Help coordinate event activities and maintain an organized environment.
• Provide guests with information, directions, and general support as needed.
• Work closely with team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with registration, check-in, guest flow, and event materials when required.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing Strive Global.
• Identify and communicate operational needs or guest concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Adapt to changing event needs and assist in different areas when necessary.
• Help ensure event spaces remain organized, presentable, and welcoming.

Additional Information

• Competitive Salary: $37,000 – $41,000 per year.
