We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team in running daily operations while developing employees and delivering an outstanding guest experience. This position is perfect for experienced Assistant Managers who are ready for more!

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager with restaurant operations
  • Lead shifts and supervise management and crew
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Maintain food safety and operational standards
  • Help with scheduling, training, and staffing
  • Ensure every guest receives friendly, fast service

Qualifications

  • Restaurant leadership experience
  • Positive, hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dependable and organized
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
