Chief Operating Officer - Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital

We Are Hiring Location: Murfreesboro, Tennessee Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital Eligible for an annual bonus incentive. What You Will Do Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the mission, visionand values of the organization. Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth. Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations. Responsible for building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations. Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and collaborate to establish control systems for accountability. Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives. What You Will Need Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
