Licensing Requirements ( Job Contingent)

Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date

Full licensing support, study resources, and guidance are provided throughout the process

What You'll Do

Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs

Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage options

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and other outreach efforts

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Quote, present, and close insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life insurance

Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and follow-up activities

Help achieve agency sales and customer service goals

Provide exceptional customer support throughout the customer experience

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sales, retail, hospitality, call center, customer service, or business development experience preferred

Insurance license preferred but not required
