This position is responsible for issues related to the shipment and delivery of blood and blood components.Available Shift: Third Shift - 10:00pm to 6:30am, 8-hour shifts for 5 days a week. Must also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver's eligibility requirementsMust be able to work a varied schedule. Some night, weekend and on-call hours are requiredAbility to organize and manage time effectivelyExcellent teamwork skillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and instructionsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingMust be able to do basic math, including addition, subtraction, proportion, percentages, etc.Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 70 pounds, grasping and repetitive motion. Occasional stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, climbing, overhead liftingThis is a full-time position. Starting salary range is $14.50 - $15.95 an hour.
