Personal Care Assistant (PCA) The Landmark Center (ALF) | Stuart, Virginia Part Time Shifts Available: 7am - 7pm, 7pm-7am Rate of pay: $14.00 hour Min to $16.01 hour Max (plus Shift Diffs as applicable) Join a team that feels like family! We’re looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team and help residents live life to the fullest. What You’ll Do: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff. Support residents with meals, light housekeeping, and social activities. Qualifications: Must have a valid PCA certificate or Nurse Aide (NA) certificate . Must have current CPR certification. Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred. Compassionate, reliable, and team oriented. Strong communication and time management skills.
