This role is perfect for someone looking for flexibility, supplemental income, or just a part-time position where you can focus on good patient care without feeling completely drained at the end of the day. We’re a small animal practice that values teamwork, good communication, kindness, and the ability to adapt when a “quick nail trim” somehow turns into a 45-minute emotional support session for both the dog and the owner. What you’ll be doing: Seeing wellness and sick appointments Diagnosing and treating medical conditions Creating treatment plans and explaining them clearly Performing surgery and dentistry Working closely with technicians and support staff Keeping accurate medical records Helping clients feel informed and supported Jumping into the occasional beautiful chaos that is general practice Some days run smoothly. Some days someone’s doodle eats a toy five minutes before closing. We work together, communicate well, and try to keep the atmosphere supportive and low-drama.
