Empath Trustbridge Hospice, is looking for a compassionate & dependable CNA to bring comfort, dignity, & care to our patients in Broward County. In this role, you'll be a steady presence for patients & families during some of life's most important moments. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care. Formed from the legacy of Hospice by the Sea and Hospice of Palm Beach County, we continue to provide comfort, dignity, and peace to those facing advanced illness.

As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction

What You'll Need

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months' experience working in hospital or healthcare environment
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance
